About the Sugar Rush Pepper

The Sugar Rush is a Capsicum baccatum heirloom variety celebrated for its sweet, fruity flavor and mild-to-medium heat. Plants typically grow up to 3 feet tall and produce elongated, conical peppers that ripen from green to a beautiful peach color.

With heat comparable to a serrano pepper (approximately 10,000–25,000 Scoville Heat Units), Sugar Rush peppers deliver a gentle burn balanced by tropical notes reminiscent of citrus and stone fruit.
